A Favorites List is a user-defined short list of your most commonly-used items from the Validation/Master Lists.  

These lists start out completely empty when you first install ARM.

1. Click on the down arrow to bring up the validation list.
2. Use the filters at the bottom of the columns to narrow down the results.
3. Click the "Add to Favorites" button or "star" button to add to Favorites List.

4. Switch between Display All and Favorites Lists by using the tabs at the top or the button at the bottom of the dialog.

5. Remove an item from the Favorites List by clicking the red "x" next to it. 

To access and edit the Favorites Lists used by ARM Mobile, follow these steps: 

1. Click on the Electronic Data Collector (EDC) button in the Toolbar. 

2. Click on the 'Edit Mobile Lists' button in the bottom left corner of the dialog. 

3.  All Favorites used by ARM Mobile will appear in this list. The four lists at the top are required for ARM Mobile. The rest of the lists are not required, but highly recommended as Favorites are the only thing exported to ARM Mobile due to the large size of most validation lists. 
4. Click Edit List to add items to a Favorites List. 

The progress bar on the bottom of the window will turn from pink to green when all required Favorites Lists have items added. 

Consistency in assessments must extend across dates, different notetakers, and across locations. Standardization features deployed with ARM Mobile, such as Favorites Lists, can bolster this effort.
